Caldive ltd attends practical safety leadership training at faskally
A group of four of our colleagues - representing both our QHSE and operational personnel attended SSE's Immersive Practical Safety Leadership programme held at their state-of the art Faskally Centre, Perth. The training designed and delivered by Active Training Team (ATT) is not your traditional classroom training, it uses live actors, staged rooms and a 180o projection screen to replicate scenarios. The course focused on human behaviours that influence safety. It provided our staff with the skills to effectively communicate and challenge safety concerns, regardless of seniority.
We are committed to using these 'Practical Safety Leadership' tools to keep our team and our clients safe.
