Internationally Approved
Caldive Limited is approved by the following major international classification societies (IACS) to conduct UWILD & IWS:
- ABS - American Bureau of Shipping
- BV - Bureau Veritas
- DNV-GL - Det Norske Veritas-Germanischer Lloyd
- Lloyds Register
- RINA S.p.A.
Under Water Inspection In Lieu of Dry-docking (UWILD) and In Water Surveys (IWS) are conducted to ensure the structural and operational integrity of marine assets, including ships and mobile offshore drilling units (MODUs).
UWILD & IWS Services include:
- In-water survey in lieu of dry docking
- Sea valve/chest inspection
- CSWIP 3.1U & 3.2U Inspection
- Sales Survey
- Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI)
- Eddy Current Inspection (ECI)
- Plate thickness reading
- Impact damage inspection
- Hull potential survey
- Underwater asset structural Inspection
- Hydrographic survey
- ROV Inspection
We can offer diving services either from quayside or from our dive support vessels.
Following inspection, we supply three copies of our report endorsed by the attending class surveyor and video footage on either DVD or USB stick.
